Cancellation Policy
Full refund is applicable when cancellation is done 29 days during Peak Season (23rd Oct/ 2010 – 19th Nov/ 2010 & 26th Dec/ 2010 – 09th Jan/ 2011), else Full booking duration is charged. Full refund is applicable when cancellation is done 22 days during High Season (09th Sept/ 2010 – 22nd Oct/ 2010 & 20th Nov/ 2010 – 25th Dec/ 2010), else Full booking duration is charged. No Show/ Early departure/ Name change: charges of full booking duration are applicable.

- Max Occupancy for the following rooms: Deluxe Atlantis, Atlantis Room and Imperial club is 2 adults + two children or 3 Adults+ 1 child (extra adult charges applicable)
- Max Occupancy for suites: 2 Adults + 1 child or 3 adults and 1 child with extra person charge for the third adult
- Infants 0- 3 Years stay and dine for free, Max 2 infants per room (1cot) or 1 Infant + 2 children) Children 4 – 11 years stay and eat breakfast when sharing the existing bedding for free at All the following room types: Deluxe Room, Atlantis Room, Executive Suite, Terrace Suite and Regal Suites if breakfast is not included in room rate 50 % discount is offered
